Christina Winckler
Christina Winckler has been a student of yoga since 2000. She recently took her joy for yoga and began passing it on to others, completing her teacher training with Tina Trammell at Blue Sky Yoga in the spring of 2004.
Christina began yoga as a means of stretching and increasing flexibility for improved rock climbing. She later found that yoga also helped effectively to manage stress and remain calm improving her focus at work and in her everyday life. Her teaching focuses on personal transformation, tuning into your body and quieting your mind.
