Curiosity took me to my first yoga class in the late 90’s at my health club. I was fortunate that both of the teachers working at the club were wonderful (one of them Tina!) and I was immediately hooked. At the time I had a flexible enough work schedule that I could attend classes four or five times a week and yoga became an important part of my daily life. I also began to take workshops and attend various yoga conferences and festivals and to study with a variety of gifted teachers.
