One on One

These classes can be scheduled inside or outside of the studio. The may take place in the comfort of your own home or even at a park down the street. Classes range from 30 minutes to 120, and focus on the specific physical and mental needs of the client.

Group

Group classes consist on anywhere from 2-10 people and can be used for special events such as pre-wedding day, birthdays, or as a regular weekly/monthly class.
Each class has a special intention set before hand between students and teachers and ranges from 45 minutes to 2 hours. May also include meditation specific to class as well. Price dependent on number of students and length of class.

In Office

We also offer office/business class as well. Our teacher will travel to your office before or after hours for on average a 60 minute class. Special meditations on focus and productivity can also be added on to this option. See the difference in your work mates after just the first class. These can be scheduled weekly or monthly. Prices are negotiable based on location of office and number of students.
